Returns
All orders are made to order so we do not offer refunds on unwanted or non collected items.
Our turnaround is up to 4 weeks as clearly stated on the homepage on the website. Please make sure you allow plenty of time for your order to be made and sent. We are not held responsible for orders being placed on standard courier that do not meet your requirement dates.
We do not accept returns for any personalised goods unless faulty
Personalisation is down to the buyer to make sure they have entered information correctly. Sams hen goodies cannot be held responsible if details are entered incorrectly.If you do make a mistake please contact us to see if we can change it before being processed.
We personally make your items in store. We are human to so unfortunately mistakes may happen if it does please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your goods to notify us of any errors so they can be rectified
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
